| Rental rates: stated per night including VAT |

| First installment: when booking a payment amounting to 30% of the booking’s value will be requested, the remainder is to be paid 6 weeks before departure |
| During high season: minimum stay of 7 nights |
| Minimum stay in other months of 5 nights. For stays of less than 5 nights we charge € 75 cleaning costs. |
| Deposit: on arrival is € 300, – in cash. Or the deposit must be transferred with the final payment. Please indicate your choice when booking! |
| Not allowed: smoking in the house, pets and groups of young people under the age of 25 years. |
| Cleaning of the house 1x p.w. Final cleaning is € 75,- and will be deducted from the deposit |
| For stays longer than 30 days, other daily rates are negotiable. |

| Towels: 1x per week (one set per person, consisting of one small towel, one large towel, and a beach towel) |
